Troy serves as Board Secretary and brings over a decade of experience across technology, consulting, and military service. He is the Founder of E2E Automation, a digital product studio specializing in bringing websites and mobile apps to market. To date, the company has fully launched and maintained five websites and two mobile apps, alongside offering DevOps consulting services including server infrastructure, automation tools, and custom connectors. Prior to E2E Automation, Troy worked as a Solutions Consultant at Nuix, where he served as the Subject Matter Expert for the Rampiva platform (now Nuix Automate / Nuix Neo). In that role, he trained Nuix Support Engineers on platform use, implementation, and troubleshooting, authored multiple customer-facing technical documents, and developed an array of diagnostic tools using Java and Python. Troy's professional foundation was built during five years of service in the U.S. Army, where he held roles as Senior K9 Handler, Sergeant, and Kennel Logistics NCO. Stationed at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, Warner Barracks, Germany, and FOB Hughie, Afghanistan, he supervised all narcotics handlers in his section and mentored teams of four to five soldiers while working alongside his canine partner, Dag. His military experience instilled a commitment to leadership, precision, and mission-driven execution that continues to shape his work today.
